  • How long will my raw hair extensions last?
    With proper care, raw hair extensions can last up to 5 years or more. We recommend following the care instructions for washing, conditioning, and styling to keep your hair looking fresh and healthy for years to come.
  • Where do you source your raw hair from?
    Our raw hair extensions are carefully sourced from rural mountainous regions in Vietnam. This ensures that the hair is healthy, authentic, and of the highest quality, as it comes directly from the donor and has not been processed or altered in any way.
  • How do I care for my raw hair extensions?
    To ensure longevity, we recommend washing your extensions with sulfate-free shampoo, conditioning them regularly, and avoiding excessive heat styling. You can also use lightweight oils to maintain softness and prevent tangling. Always detangle the hair gently before washing and store it properly when not in use.
  • How many bundles do I need for a full install?
    The number of bundles needed depends on the desired fullness and length. Typically, 2-3 bundles are sufficient for a full install. For thicker or longer styles, you may need 4 bundles or more. If you're unsure, our customer service team can assist you in choosing the right amount based on your preferences.
  • Can I return or exchange my raw hair extensions?
    Can I return or exchange my raw hair extensions? If you receive your order and you are not satisfied, you are legible for a full refund as long as the hair is unopened and unused. This includes lace being cut/closure/frontal systems being plucked and bundle wefts being opened/cut. This includes applying any products to the hair. If you experience any issues with your order, please contact our customer service team within 7 days of receiving your product (at info@gtwlondon.com), and we will be happy to assist you. If you would like to exchange your order and it has not been used, we are happy to facilitate this with items available online with the same value of the original order price.
